ソフトバンクモバイルは10月21日、iPhone 5sのゴールド　シルバー　スペースグレイの入荷予定目処を公表しました。⇒こちら

それによると2013年10月21日に予約した方はシルバーとスペースグレイが14日、ゴールドが28日程度での入荷めどになっています。容量によってもっと早くなるのではないでしょうか。
